So, Hashgraph just completed fund raising worth $100M from high net worth individuals and announced a Crowdsale which is actually a “Limited Accredited Investor Crowdsale (L.A.I. Crowdsale :P) pun intended”. That means it still is a Private sale hidden under the facade of Crowdsale.
Not only that. The L.A.I. has been targeted at raising $20 million which involves a verification process to ensure only “worthy” investors can participate (Details can be found in the image below).
So, in a nutshell. Yes. This is actually happening. This is what you call a “Decentralized” crowdfunding for a not-so-Blockchain project.
