Elon Musk Urges Dogecoin Holders to Abandon Centralized Exchanges
A quarrel between Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao and Tesla CEO Elon Musk set the latter up for crypto exchanges.
In his Twitter, Musk wrote that it would be more convenient if Dogecoin holders had the ability to manage their private keys, this would simplify the withdrawal of money from exchanges.
The billionaire has previously supported “not your keys, not your cryptography”, he recommended avoiding those currencies where it is impossible for users to control their funds.
Musk then posted a Chuck Norris meme on Mt.Gox, an already defunct cryptocurrency exchange that lost 850,000 BTC as a result of a serious hack in 2014. He advises cryptocurrency owners not to pay their attention to Shiba Inu, because at the moment it is in a wave of mania.
Opinions on whether it is worth storing cryptocurrency on the accounts of exchanges differ. On the one hand, there is a possibility of hacker attacks and other troubles. And on the other hand, it is still difficult for those who have just started to follow the process because of its bulkiness, it is worth leaving funds in the accounts or there is a possibility of their loss.
