Crypto custody startup Casa made an announcement where they said that they have already issued a release of a new version of their product, Casa Node 2. It is a full node product, they say.

What is Casa Node 2 and what makes it so special? In the report dated October 8th they say Casa Node 2 is offering a better and smoother experience for the customers interacting with it in general. It became possible as far a new product deploys an advanced processor on the RaspberryP4.
The company says that then original product did amazing in the market as a full Bitcoin and Lightning node. If the device is reliable of course. The firm representative said that they wanted to go further so they took a decision to make hardware upgrade for reaching the pointed goal.
The company has also said that it is possible to upgrade Casa Node 2 in pre-order mode.
Updates or Not Updates?
NodeOS, an original node software, has couple of improvements. Among them – user friendly dark mode, so popular lately. An updated design was also rated rather high, even though the product is relatively new. Casa made an announcement about this update. They introduced an upgraded version of the product. According to the provided information Casa Node 2 will be compatible with BTCPayServer. It is a major open-source Bitcoin payments processor. So the updated Casa Node 2 seems to be a promising service.
Casa proclaimed that the devices will be distributed this autumn in limited amount. The product will have a discounted price of 300 USD.
The company states that the Casa Node was extremely productive when users are not agreeing and say that first iterations were not as awesome as it is said by the company, but they also agree that plug-and-play nodes are not that bad.
It is interesting to note that C.Lee, the founder of Litecoin made an announcement in August. He said that he has big hopes for the company. Lee has been investing in it for a while.
