A New Research of Indeed.com: Is Crypto Doomed?
The amount of people, looking for the jobs that are somehow related to the crypto industry has dropped more than a half. At the same time the percent of the employers has risen 26%. This data was presented in the new research of Indeed.com, a Texas-based recruitment platform.
They published the research on the 7th of November and it is devoted to the prospects of the job market and the situation analysis in the crypto industry in general.
For the report the researches studies the percentage change in amount of the job offers and the CVs of the ones, looking for the corresponding positions. The time gap was from 2015 to 2019

The New Research of Indeed.com Showed Discrepancy
During the research the crew has notices and recordered a huge discrepancy between two values. The firs it the amount of people looking for the job related to crypto and blockchain. Another one – the amount of job offers. In the four-year period the amount of job offers increased by 1,457%. Interesting that the amount of the people requesting for that kind of jobs has risen 469% that makes almost 3 times difference.
The research shows that the interest in the positions in the crypto-related fields declined after 2017. That year a bull run took place which reversed later on to the bear market the next year. Before that the job market was more or less in balance.
Does it show that the crypto is doomed? On the contrary! The data in the research show that the job market is full of offers. So it is a good chance for the ones looking for a job related to Crypto. The rising of the BTC price and the influence of blockchain echnologies in general is promising. It allow to predict that in the nearest future this field will be flooded with the job seekers.
